SRT was founded in 1995 with the goal of being a great company where our team members were appreciated and rewarded for their contributions and we were honest partners with our customers. We grew rapidly and soon found that the reason customers were attracted to SRT was the attitude we shared towards service to those customers. We have always felt we were a service company in the field of technology rather than a technology company in the service industry.
Over the past twelve years, our primary mission has evolved to fill the most vital needs of every project: business knowledge, requirements analysis, project management, and business analysis. We continually innovate by applying the most current strategies, powerful yet simple tools, and a basic common sense approach to developing successful requirements. We work hands-on with our customers, moving projects forward to completion while simultaneously providing training and mentoring.
Although impossible to be everything to everyone, we enjoy each opportunity to meet with new companies for the purpose of determining if and how we can assist their projects. Whether it is the strategies using our vertical industry knowledge, training and mentoring for requirement analysis, implementing our methodology, project management, or innovative technology solutions, we enjoy the challenge. People and processes are the keys to all aspects of successful IT projects.
